When the matter was earlier listed before this Court on 23.09.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner and even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent while opposing the bail to the petitioner submits that there are totally 5 accused in this case and the petitioner herein is arrayed as A1; that the quantity of contraband involved in this case is 20.500 kilograms of Ganja, which is a commercial quantity; and that the investigation is pending. 4.
