The ground for such prayer is that even after one and a half year of registering the FIR, no proper investigation has been conducted. 3. Mere delay in conducting the investigation is not itself a ground to transfer investigation to the CBI. 4. Thus, I find no merit in this writ application, the same is dismissed. 5.
