The prayer sought through the instant application is not maintainable through application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and as such the instant application is hereby dismissed with liberty to prefer fresh application under the specific sections provided in BNSS for seeking expedite disposal of the pendency before learned concerned court. 4.
