This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to complete the proceedings of declaration in furtherance of the application dated 20-5-2023, 20-9-2023 and 29-11-2023, pending in the court of respondent no.2, SUB Divisional Magistrate, Ghirore, Mainpuri, with in stipulated time." It is contended that an application under Section 76 (2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been moved which is pending consideration. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said application. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for counter affidavit, the writ petition is being disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.3- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Ghirore, District- Mainpuri to decide the application filed under Section 76(2) of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
