The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that by inadvertent error in Policy Number, for which, the Succession Certificate was sought for, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis the schedule of property to the Original Petition was wrongly given. He would submit that the actual policy number of the Postal Life Insurance is TN 558894 CS and not as mentioned in the schedule. Even though, this Court had allowed the original petition, a decree was drafted based on the schedule of property given in the original petition. Therefore, he would pray this Court to permit the applicant to amend the schedule of property in the original petition and as a consequence to direct the Registry to amend the decree and grant a corrected decree. 3. I have considered the claim made by the learned counsel for the applicant. 4. Admittedly, the policy number that has been marked as Ex.P4, is TN 558894 CS. However, the schedule of property had given a different policy Number. This is admitted to be an inadvertent error at the hands of the learned counsel for the applicant. 5.
