This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences registered under Sections 329(3)/ 126(2)/ 115(2)/ 117(2)/ 109/ 303(2)/ 352/ 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that on an exactly similar allegation, anticipatory bail has been granted to co-accused namely Sonu Santra @ Sonu Kumar Santra by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.04.2025 in A.B.A. No.2147 of 2025. He further submits that the allegation is general in nature. 4. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 5. Considering the fact that co-accused namely Sonu Santra @ Sonu Kumar Santra, who is exactly similarly situated, has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court and the case of this petitioner cannot be differentiated from that of co-accused, this Court finds it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order 2025:JHHC:12872 and on the event of his surrender or arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No.20 of 2025, subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a close relative of the petitioner and other should be a resident of State of Jharkhand, having sufficient landed property in his name or in the name of his ancestors in which he is having share and to that effect, he has to file an affidavit before the Trial Court indicating his share in the property.
