Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioners and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioners is that the writ petitioners are posted as Junior Assistant in the office of the District Development Officer, Ballia, D.R.D.A., Junior Assistant (Establishment) at Block Berua Rawari, Ballia and Junior Assistant (Establishment) at Block Siar, Ballia and on 03.02.2025 a letter was issued by the District Development Officer, Ballia for conduction of the type test of the petitioners and other candidates fixing the date on 11.02.2025. The writ petitioners appeared in the type test but the results have not been declared. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to declare the result of the type test. 4. Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel submits that he does not propose to file any response that the writ petitioners may approach the District Development Officer, Ballia while filing a representation for redressal of the grievances. 5. Learned counsel for the writ petitioners has no objection to the same. 6. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of requiring the petitioners to file a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition, certified copy of the order before respondent no. 3, District Development Officer, Ballia by 17.10.2025 and on the same, the authorities shall decide the objection within a period of one month.
