The present application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the order dated 26.05.2023 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 3, Agra in Case No. 1316 of 2020, arising out of an application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. by which the interim maintenance has been awarded against the applicant and order dated 27.09.2024 whereby an application to recall the order dated 26.05.2023 has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
