This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing to respondents to decide the restoration application dated 22.7.2016 with consider that petitioners father are Co-share holder in Arazi No. 201M and in pursuance of order dated 24.4.2005 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate Ghosi, District Mau." 2. It is contended that a restoration application filed by the private-respondents is pending consideration in proceedings under section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. The petitioner has filed objection to the said restoration application. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the authority concerned to decide the restoration application pending in proceedings under Section 34 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties and considering the objection filed by the petitioner, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits. October 6, 2025 A. V.
