1.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Coult made the fo][OWing: This Criminal Petition under Sections 480 and 483 of the BNSS, has been filed by the petitioners herein/Al and A2, seeking regular bail in crime No.18 of 2025 of Adoni I Town Police Station, Kurnool District registered for the offence punishable under Sections 308(2) and 351(2) read with 3(5) of the BNS. 2. The case of the prosecution, 'ln brief, iS thatOn 12.02.2025, the de facto complainant filed a report before the POliCe Stating that the accused pushed pc-3858 w'lth one hand and Struck him With the Other. As a result, PC-3858 fell down and sustained swelling injuries On his left wrist. Meanwhile, PC-3464 attempted to intervene, but the accused also pushed him, causing him to fall onto a motorcycle. Afterward, the accused absconded from the scene.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the petitioners were arrested on 17.02.2O25, based on the crime regI'Stered against them. He further submits that the father of Al filed an application I-n CrI.M.P.No.139 of 2025 before the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of FI'rSt Class, Adoni, requestl'ng the appointment of an advocate commI'SSiOner tO Search for accused Nos. 1 and 2 at the Adoni I Town Police Station. The grievance of the petitioners is that in crl.M.P.No.139 of 2025, the complainant falsely implicated them and registered a false case against them. Based on the sal'd complaint, without prior notice, they were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.02.2025. 5. Based on the contents of the petition, the learned Magistrate appointed an Advocate Commissioner on 14.02.2025. The report of the Advocate Commissioner indicates that, pursuant to the warrant, he Proceeded tO the COurt and reached the Adoni I Town Police Station. Upon disembarking from his vehicle, the police constables transferred Al and A2 onto a motorcycle. The Advocate Commissioner, along with the learned counsel for the petitioners, then took photographs of the Petitioners While they were with the police. The accusation against the petitioners is that they demanded Rs. 50,00,000/- from the defacto complainant. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is very difficult to believe, in the light of the facts to make such a huge demand. {--------

Considering the nature Of the allegations and the possibility Of making such accusations cannot be ruled out and in the said facts of the case any further detention of the petitioners is not required and hence, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners herein with the following cond'ltions: i. The petitioners herein/Al and A2 shall be released on bail on their executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) each with two (02) sureties for a like sum each tO the satisfaction of the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Adoni. ii. The petitioners shall make themselves available for investigation as and when required and they shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any persons acquainted with the facts of the case to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the court or to any police officer. 7.
