For Petitioner(s): Mr.G.Saravanabhavan For Respondents: Mr.D.Ravichander Special Government Pleader for R1 Mr.L.Baskaran Government Advocate (Crl.side) for R2 ORDER This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 1 st respondent to consider and dispose the petitioner application No. 2024/0123/07/001009 dated 18.03.2024 and to conduct the survey and fix four boundaries of his property comprised in S.No. 1/3 measuring an extent of 0.26.5 ares and S.No.2/10 measuring an extent of 0.3 ares bearing patta No. 1036,situated at Kuthampoondi Village, Vikkiravandi Taluk, Villupuram District with aid of 2 nd respondent. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 35174 of 2025 2.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the 1 st respondent. Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the 2 nd respondent. By consent of both the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner made an application on 18.03.2024, to survey and fix four boundaries of the petitioner's property, till date the same has not been considered by the 1 st respondent. Hence, he prayed to direct the 1 st respondent to consider and dispose of petitioner's application dated 18.03.2024. 4.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1 st respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2024 will be considered and disposed of within four weeks. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 35174 of 2025 5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1 st respondent and the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the 2 nd respondent. 6.Considering the submission made by both the parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 1 st respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 18.03.2024 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing due notice to the obstructors, if any. It is needless to state that, if there is any obstruction for measuring the petitioner's property, the 1 st respondent shall complete the process with the aid of the 2 nd respondent/Police.
