By this petition, petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of order/judgment, passed by this Court on 14.11.2024 in OWP No.886/2008, wherein this Court had directed as under: “In view of above discussion, this writ petition is allowed in part and respondent Nos.1 and 2 are directed to pay ex- gratia compensation of Rs.10.00 lacs to the petitioner within the period of three months from today, failing which respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall pay interest @ 6% per annum from the date of this order till the amount is paid.” 02. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the cheque has already been prepared, but the same has been refused by learned counsel for the petitioner. 03. Mr. Sumant Sudan has handed over the cheque for an amount of Rs.10,70,000/- to learned counsel for the petitioner in the open Court. Sr. No. 06 2 04. Learned counsel for the parties have stated at Bar that the order passed by this Court dated 14.11.2024 has been complied with by the respondents. 05.
