Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103 (1) and 3 (5) of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely, Dhaneshwar Das alleged that on 30.06.2025 , informant came to know that these petitioners have committed the murder of her mother. During course of investigation , sufficient material has come against these petitioners to show their complicity in the alleged occurrence . 4. Considering the nature of accusation , materials collected during course of investigation , gravity of offence and Patna High Court CR. MISC.
