Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of impugned order dated 04.08.2025 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Children’s Court cum Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar in FIR bearing No.250 dated 20.12.2021 registered under Sections 379-B, 397, 336, 337, 338, 34 of IPC at Police Station Division No.6, Jalandhar, vide which, non-bailable warrants have been issued against the petitioner and his bail/surety bonds were forfeited to State. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to surrender himself before the learned trial Court and prays that the petitioner be not arrested by the police. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Mr. Subhash Godara, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and submitted that the petitioner did not appear before the trial Court intentionally. Petitioner is directed to surrender himself before the learned trial Court within 2 weeks i.e. up to 10.10.2025 and to move an appropriate application by raising all the pleas taken in this petition, before the trial Court regarding his non-appearance. The trial Court is directed to decide his bail application in accordance with law. Till then, he will not be arrested by the police in this matter. It is made clear that if he fails to appear before the trial Court within stipulated time then the relief granted by this Court shall be deemed to be withdrawn. 7. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
