Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that petitioner purchased 02 acres 20 guntas of land which is located in Sy.No.78/1 of Kodambal village, Humnabad Taluk, Bidar District. The petitioner thereafter gave a representation to respondent No.2, Tahasildar, - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-K:2391 WP No. 201106 of 2025 Chitguppa Taluk requesting him to effect mutation in his name in respect of the subject property. However, said representation is kept pending without any response and therefore, the present writ petition is filed. 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate states that the representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2022 will be considered. 4. No reason is stated as to why the representation is kept pending without giving any reply for more than two years. Therefore, this Court considers desirable to allow the writ petition. 5. Thus, the writ petition is allowed with the following: ORDER i. A mandamus is issued to respondent No.2 Tahasildar, Chitguppa Taluk to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2022 and give appropriate reply - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC-K:2391 WP No. 201106 of 2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. ii.
