The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "ii. Issue an order or direction to the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chandauli, to decide temporary injunction application paper no. 6 C filed in Original Suit No. 1233 of 2025 (Goverdhan Prasad and others Versus Dhananjay Kumar Maurya and others) pending before him within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble High Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforementioned temporary injunction application paper no.6C filed in O.S. No.1233 of 2025 is pending for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chandauli to consider and decide the aforementioned temporary injunction application of the petitioners, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Mohak Agarwal, Prashant Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : Goverdhan Prasad And Another .....Petitioner(s) Dhananjay Kumar Maurya And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) respondents, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
