This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to process pending application of the petitioners child vide Application Reference No 25-1053071837 dated 18.08.2025 and issue a passport to minor yavi M. Jain, who is under care and custody of the petitioner and consequently, consider the representation and pass 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. Further, the petitioner's name in the writ petition has been wrongly typed. The learned counsel prays that this may correct the name of the petitioner as Veena Jain. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
