By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.644 of 2021 dated 04.10.2021 registered with Police Station Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar under Sections 395, 354, 323, 120- B, 153-A, 384, 504 of IPC and under Section 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST Act. 4. It is contended by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, final report has already been filed by the police on 08.02.2022 against the petitioners, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 5. The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners. 6. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 7.
