According to the petitioner, in the gradation-list, he has been placed at Sl.No.8281, however, in the column of subject, his subject has wrongly been mentioned as Post Graduation in Hindi, whereas his Post Graduation is in Mathematics subject. Due to the aforesaid anomaly in the gradation-list, the Digitally signed by GOPAL SINGH Date: 2025.03.04 17:00:16 +0530 2 petitioner is not being considered for promotion to the post of Lecturer (Mathematics subject). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already moved a representation along with the certificate of his Post Graduation in Mathematics subject, however, it is yet to be considered and rectified. His representation was filed way back on 14.1.2025 and 16.1.2025. Since the department is going to initiate proceedings for promotion to the post of Lecturer, as such an adverse effect to the future prospect of the petitioner may cause and, therefore, he has filed this petition. 3. Learned counsel for the State/respondents submits that if the petitioner files a fresh appropriate representation along with the certificate of his Post Graduation in Mathematics subject, the same will be considered by the respondents authorities. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already filed a representation along with relevant documents, the respondents authorities are directed to consider and rectify the error of subject in the gradation-list in respect of the petitioner within a period of 10 days from today. 5.
