Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents and perused the material on record. 2. The petitioners have approached this Court with following prayers "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of CERTIORARI for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 20.08.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 0373 of 2025 Under Section 87, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station-Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition). ii. Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondents no. 2 and 3 not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the First Information Report lodged by the respondent no. 4 against the petitioners bearing Case Crime No. 0373 of 2025 Under Section 87, 351(3) Β.Ν.S., Police Station- Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat, Any other writ, order or direction of suitable nature which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." 3. Learned A.G.A. informs that final report has already been submitted in favour of the petitioner on 29.08.2025. 4. In view of above, the relief cannot be granted to the petitioners. 5. Under the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition is disposed of directing that till cognizance is taken by court below on final Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ganesh Shanker Srivastava, Ravi Shankar Kanojiya Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Vishesh Kumar And 7 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of Uttar Pradesh And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) report, the respondents are restrained from arresting the petitioners pursuant to the impugned First Information Report.
