Allam, Sr. Advocate For the Respondent(s) : Mr. Mrinal Kanti Roy, Advocate …...... 03 / 29.08.2025: The C.M.P. has been filed to correct the date of death of Late Rameshwar Das, father of the petitioner in order dated 26.06.2024 passed in W.P.(S) No.2840 of 2022. 2. As per the petitioner the actual date of death of father of this petitioner is 24.12.1988, but due to inadvertence in the 3rd line of the 2nd paragraph it has been typed as 24.12.1998. 3. Bringing to the notice of co-ordinate Bench of this Court, petitioner earlier filed C.M.P. No.930 of 2024, which was disposed on 06.12.2024, but inspite of correction, the same mistake, happened in the last line again. 4. Considering the aforesaid fact, the order dated 26.06.2024, passed in W.P.(S) No.2840 of 2022 is modified. In the 3rd line of paragraph no.2 of the aforesaid order, the date of death of the father of the petitioner which is recorded as 24.12.1998 be read as “24.12.1988”. 5.
