No.701 of 2007 was not traced out from the record room as it was pertaining to some old case record. 2 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the C.C. No.701 of 2007 was disposed of by the learned trial court on 08.11.2009. 3. The revision case was filed challenging the order of the learned Magistrate in refusing to discharge the petitioners. 4. In view of the disposal of C.C. No.701 of 2007 itself by the learned trial court, nothing remains in this revision case for further adjudication. Therefore, the revision case is to be dismissed as infructuous with a liberty to the petitioners to move an appropriate application in this revision case. 5. With the above observations, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
