The sole prayer made in the present application is to direct the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No. 2 Meerut to expeditiously decide the Complaint case no. 3267 of 2023 (Mithlesh Kumar & Sons Versus Raj Kumar Madan) Under section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act Police Station Nauchandi District Meerut, same is pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No. 1 Meerut, since 22.10.2018. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that despite the fact that the proceedings are pending but the same has not given a logical end. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. 5. Considering the submission raised at bar, the application stands disposed of requiring the court below to expedite the proceedings and to decide the same in terms of sub-section (3) of Section 143 of the NI Act subject to legal impediment, if any.
