JUSTICE MRIDUL KUMAR KALITA ORDER 09.05.2025 1. Heard Mr. T.A. Laskar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. S. Dewri, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P.S. Lahkar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Page No.# 2/2 petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail, by this Court on 04.04.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, Mr. P.S. Lahkar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the Case Diary of Morigaon P.S. Case No. 35/2025, and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer. He also submits that on perusal of the Case Diary, no incriminating material is found against the present petitioner at this stage. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the sides, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner, namely, Bishnuram Das@Bishnu Das, by order dated 04.04.2025 is hereby made absolute. 5.
