The matter is shown as defective in the cause list. 4. On 01.09.2022, 23.09.2022, 20.10.2022, 21.11.2022, 13.12.2022 and 13.01.2023, matter was listed before the Registrar (Judicial) for removal of defects. Even after grant of six opportunities, defects were not removed. 5. Thereafter, the matter was listed as defective before the Court on 14.02.2023 but even after lapse of more than three years, the matter is lying defective. 6. From the aforesaid, it can be inferred that the applicants are reluctant to contest the present matter. 7.
