The present petition has been filed by the applicant with the ollowing prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that the impugned order passed by the Court below may kindly be set-aside, and the application under Section 127(1) of the Cr.P.C. may kindly be dismissed, in the interest of justice.” 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the respondent was granted maintenance by the Family Court, Jashpur until attaining majority and the respondent is now a major, the matter has become infructuous. 5.
