The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the charge-sheet dated 01.03.2025 as well as impugned cognizance/summoning order dated 05.06.2025 passed in Case No. 54402 of 2025 (State vs. Anmol Garg and Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 557 of 2024 u/S 498A, 354, 323, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act, P.S.- Kavi Nagar, District- Ghaziabad, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad. 3. It is stated that earlier the applicants had filed a Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 11553 of 2024 (Anmol Garg and 8 Others vs. State of U.P. and 2 Others), which is still pending, in which the matter was referred to the mediation Centre, however, the mediation could not be succeeded. Before getting the said writ petition disposed of, the instant application has been filed by the applicants herein.
