1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117, 109, 303(2), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that her son was demanding his dues of Rs.5000/- as such accused Taushif assaulted her son by brick causing fracture of his jaw, further villagers admitted her son in the hospital. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant being friend of Taushif. It is next submitted that the date

No.73341 of 2025(2) dt.13-11-2025 2/2 of occurrence is 05.02.2025 and the FIR came to be instituted on 13.02.2025 i.e. after a delay of 8 days without any plausible explanation. It is next submitted that no doubt the injury of the injured has been opined to be grievous in nature but then the petitioners are not alleged to have assaulted. It is also submitted that Taushif was taken in custody and he was released on regular bail by this Court. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. 6.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sonebarsa P.S. Case No.49/2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) B.N.S.S.
