Heard Sri Ashok Khare, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Kauntey Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Abhay Singh Tomar holding brief of Sri Adarsh Bhushan and Sri B.M.Shukla, learned Standing Counsel. 2. Petitioner was placed under suspension vide impugned suspension order dated 10.7.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner on basis of instructions submits that till date no charge-sheet has been issued to the petitioner. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, considering that petitioner is under suspension for last more than 10 weeks, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event respondents fail to issue any charge-sheet to the petitioner within 15 days from today, impugned suspension order shall be kept in abeyance. 5. Otherwise also, the disciplinary proceedings, if commenced and with the cooperation of the petitioner does not conclude within a period of 8 weeks, suspension order will be kept in abeyance. On basis of outcome of Disciplinary Proceedings its, legal consequence shall follow.
