The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the F.I.R. dated 14.09.2025 of Case Crime No. 0271 of 2025 under sections 191(2), 191(3) 3(5), and 109 B.N.S. Police Station Aliganj, District Bareilly. (ii). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 2 not to arrest the petitioners during the pendency of this writ petition." The recital in the first information report discloses commission of cognizable offence. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
