A perusal of the case file shows that from the last 03 dates of hearings, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Today also, a written request for adjournment has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners as well as their counsel are not interested in pursuing the matter any further. 3. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
