(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Articles 226 of the Constitution of India is for the issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 not to harass the petitioners at the behest of respondents No.4 to 6 and decide the representation dated 23.10.2025 along with certain other representations dated 21.10.2020, 08.09.2021 and 14.07.2025. The counsel for the petitioner contends that he is facing repeated harassment from respondents No.4 to 6. Therefore, appropriate action be taken against the said respondents and police protection be granted to the petitioner. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. A perusal of the record would reveal that the petitioner has moved repeated representations to authorities. He seeks registration of an FIR. For the said relief, he is at liberty to approach the appropriate Court by way of an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.
