Sri Shashi Kant Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. He submits, prayer of his client is for re-connection. His client deposited correct outstanding. There is error in the demand made. He seeks interference. Sri Ashim Mukherjee, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. Sri Shrawan Kumar Tripathi, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent nos.3 and 4 (the electricity company). He submits, Rs.53,189/- is still due and payable for the re-connection being made. He submits further, petitioner had already taken his grievance to the permanent Lok Adalat. The grievance is still pending. On query, Sri Mishra submits, his client had made representation dated 10th September, 2025 to respondent no.2 (the District Magistrate). He submits further, he will make fresh representation to respondent no.3 instead of depositing under protest and waiting for adjudication by the Permanent Lok Adalat. Petitioner will represent his grievance to respondent no.3. He will enclose certified copy of this order in his representation and submit it to said respondent. Within two weeks of the submission, the representation be considered and decision taken, informed to petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of. September 26, 2025 S.C.
