The present application has been filed with prayer to quash the N.B.W. order dated 08.09.2025 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge, POCSO Act-II, Gautam Buddh Nagar as well as entire proceedings of Session Trial No.- 154 of 2018 (State Vs. Shivam Gupta) arising out of Case Crime No.- 356 of 2017, under Sections 376, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, P.S.- Sector-24 Noida, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant confines her argument that a direction be issued to learned court concerned for expeditious disposal of application for cancellation of N.B.W. or for grant of bail. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the above submission. 5. In view of above, if the applicant surrenders before court concerned within five weeks from today and applies for cancellation of N.B.W. or grant of bail, the same shall be considered and decided by learned court concerned in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
