Heard Sri Pulkit Srivastava holding brief of Sri Vishesh Rajvanshi, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Munishwar Singh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents and Sri Sarthak Sinha holding brief of Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.2. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Judicial Member, Board of Revenue, Prayagraj to decide Revision No.769 of 2023 (Deepak and others Vs. State of UP and others), under Section 210 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. It is submitted that against an order dated 09.01.2023 passed in proceedings under Section 80 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006, the petitioners have preferred the aforesaid revision which is pending. Counsel for the petitioners has referred to the order sheet of the case, a copy whereof has been annexed with the writ petition to submit that despite several dates having being fixed for hearing, the matter is being adjourned for some reason or the other. Accordingly, a prayer for expediting the proceeding is made. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the prayer made. Having regard to the aforementioned facts and circumstances and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with an observation that the court concerned would make an endeavor to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Vishesh Rajvanshi Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Kaushalendra Nath Singh Deepak And 2 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P.
