Mr.Murali Vinodh, the learned counsel for the respondents, submitted that the respondents have deducted the dues to be paid by the petitioner from and out of th balance amount of Rs.5,58,308/- and now the amount payable to the petitioner after deduction would be Rs.79,709/- and that has also been paid. 3. The reduction as it appears from the statement of the respondents is towards the outstanding of the loan availed by the petitioner during his service.
