Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The instant writ application has been preferred by the Petitioner praying for a direction upon the Respondent- Authorities to pay the remuneration to this petitioner for the period he worked as Amin under the scheme of Chief Minister Khushali Yozna/Hariyali Yozna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court towards Annexure-1 and submits that his name was recommended vide letter no. 240 dated 21.07.2008 by the 4th Respondent to the 2nd Respondent to take the work from this Petitioner as an Amin under the aforesaid scheme because no one is working on the post of Amin.
4. In crux, learned counsel submits that there are several documents certifying that the Petitioner had worked as Amin; as

such at least the basic remuneration for the work done by the Petitioner shall be paid to him.

Learned counsel for the Respondent produces a letter dated 12.04.2025, which has been taken on record. He submits that as per the Project Director, no document has been found at his office and also as per oral enquiry no person in the name of petitioner has worked for the relevant period.
However, from perusal of Annexures-1, 2 and 3, prima facie it appears that the Petitioner had worked under the said scheme; as such, interest of justice would be sufficed by directing the 2nd Respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the instant writ application is, hereby,
disposed of by directing the 2nd Respondent to treat this writ application as representation and after making a necessary enquiry, take a decision in the matter with regard to payment of admitted dues to this Petitioner which was prevalent at that time and was being paid to the other casual employee.
7. Since the matter is very old, the entire exercise shall be completed within a period of 16 weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. The petitioner is
directed to serve the copy of the writ application to the 2nd Respondent at the earliest.
