State of U.P. & 4 Ors,) connected along with various other writ petitions decided on 27.11,2013 is in fact against the case of the petitioner since it permits that State may make ad-hoc/officiating appointment on the post of PO, if required of Nagar Panchayat/Nagar Palika, therefore, no case is made out to quash the impugned orders. 3. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed with a cost of Rs.5000/- to be paid by the petitioner in the High Court Bar Association, Allahabad within a period of one week. 4.
