The present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking an extension of the interim Bail granted vide the Order dated 20.02.2025 for a further period of two months in FIR No. 639/2024 for offence under Section 103(1), 61(2), 19(2), 191(3),190, 238 3(5) of BNS and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Jahangir Puri. 2. After addressing some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is confining his relief in the present application insofar as he only seeks an extension of interim Bail till This is a digitally signed order.
