Heard learned Counsel Mr. P.Bordoloi and learned counsel Ms. M.Nirola for the petitioner Junmoni Das who has filed this application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 with prayer for bail as she is behind bars since 27.03.2025 in connection with Biswanath Chariali PS Case No. 66/2025 ( GR Case No. Page No.# 2/2 171/2025) under Sections 61(2)/108/329(3)/318(4)/351(3) of the BNS. 2. Learned Addl.Public Prosecutor Mr.R.J.Baruah is present for the respondent State. 3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has induced the victim to commit suicide as the petitioner along with other accused have grabbed victim’s land forcefully and thereafter when the victim tried to resist, he was assaulted in the process. 4. Learned Addl.Public Prosecutor submits that there are incriminating materials in the Case Diary. 5. I have also scrutinized the Case Dairy. 6. Indeed there are incriminating materials in the Case Diary against the petitioner. At this juncture, the petition with prayer for bail is rejected at this Stage. 7. Send back the Case Diary.
