None appears for the petitioners, when the matter is called out. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the prayers, in the present writ petition stand satisfied. Thus, the present petition can be disposed of. 3. As regards the prayer (a) as aforesaid, learned counsel appearing for the respondents draws the attention of this Court to the order dated 21st “xxx xxx xxx February, 2022, wherein, it has been stated as follows: 4. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that before any coercive action is taken due process of law would be followed and a show cause notice would also be required to be issued. He prays for time to file reply. Let the same be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within four weeks thereafter. xxx xxx xxx” 5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents shall follow the due process of law, in case action is to be taken against the petitioner. 6. The respondents are held bound by the said statement. 7. As regards, prayer (b) as aforesaid, learned counsel appearing for the respondents draws the attention of this Court to the order dated 21st “xxx xxx xxx March, 2024, wherein, it has been stated as follows: 1. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the said respondent in this writ petition, the said respondent shall grant a new electricity connection to the petitioner against request/service order No.8005447067 and BP No. 0908955999, Division New Friends Colony at Second Floor, 68, Pocket- This is a digitally signed order. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the electricity connection has been granted on the second floor of the premises in question on 09th 9. He further submits that dues of approximately Rs. 2,65,000/-, are due and payable towards the electricity with respect to the second floor. He, thus, submits that liberty be granted to the respondents to take steps for recovery of the said dues, in accordance with law. April, 2024, in favour of the petitioner no.2. However, he submits that the said connection has been installed on second floor of the premises, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents. 10. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the respondents, this Court notes that the prayers made in the present writ petition, have been satisfied. 11. Accordingly, the present writ petition along with the pending application, stands disposed of. 12. However, liberty is granted to the respondents to recover their dues towards the electricity qua second floor of the premises in question, in accordance with law.
