The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the summoning order dated 01.11.2021 as well as entire proceeding of Complaint Case No.955 of 2020, under Section 498A, 323 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Akrabad, District Aligarh pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.7, Aligarh. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the present matter is matrimonial dispute and the applicant no.1 and opposite party no.2 have been residing together as husband and wife. Therefore, just to sign formal agreement, this matter may be referred to mediation centre at District Court, Aligarh. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the present application is disposed of with direction to the applicants to move an application before the court below within a period of 15 days from today for referring the matter at District Mediation Centre, Aligarh. In case, such an application is moved, the court below will refer the matter for mediation at District Mediation Centre, District Court, Aligarh subject to condition of deposit of such amount as may be decided by the court concerned and mediation proceeding shall be concluded expeditiously preferably within a period of one month, in accordance with law. 5.
