The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the order dated 30.04.2024 whereby the charge has been framed against the applicant by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 17, Meerut in Session Trial No. 206 of 2024, (State Vs. Bhupendra) arising out of Case Crime No. 87 of 2011, under Section 489(C) of I.P.C., Police Station- Falavda, District- Meerut, as well as entire proceedings of the Session Trial. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
