Heard both sides. 3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would state that the wife of the petitioner has stated before the Police that the petitioner is having illegal affair with the servant maid and hence, she refused to stay with him and went to her mother's place at Kerala along with her children. She has also stated that she is not willing to live with the petitioner/husband. 4. The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. The 1st detenue/wife of the petitioner is aged 49 years.
