Here in this case on earlier date the respondent No.2 was not represented and therefore learned counsel Dr. P. Agarwala was appointed as Amicus Curiae to represent the respondent No.2. 3. Today since Mr. Hussain is appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2, the name of the learned Amicus Curiae, Dr. P. Agarwala shall be deleted. 4. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for both the sides and also gone through the scanned copy of the LCR. 5. This Court is of the opinion that the petitioner does not deserve to be release on bail at this stage. 6. Therefore, the present bail application stands dismissed and disposed of accordingly.
