The instant petition has been filed for following relief: "i. Issue a direction commanding the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court No. 1, District Pilibhit to adjudicate/decide the Execution Case No. 12 of 2023; Manvinder Singh Chhabra vs. Naved Sayeed and others (arising out of Original Suit No. 439 of 2019; Manvinder Singh Chhabra and others vs. Ishrat Begum and others), expeditiously, in a fixed time frame as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to fix, without granting unnecessary adjournment to the parties." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the execution application has been pending since 2023. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to Court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court No. 1, District Pilibhit to consider and decide the Execution Case no. 12 of 2023, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
