No.618 of 2025. 2. The case was registered in Cr.No.142 of 2013 dated 25.03.2013 for the alleged offence under Section 379 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. The occurrence in this case happened on 24.03.2013. The complainant is present and submits that his two wheeler bearing Registration No. TN-23-BS-3357 has been returned to him.
