This writ petition has been filed with a prayer for mandamus upon the respondents to conduct a fair investigation in the F.I.R. dated 31.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0083 of 2025 under Section 115 (2), 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S., Police Station- Koraon, District-Prayagraj. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions submits that the charge-sheet has been filed pursuant to the said F.I.R. on 28.09.2025. The cause on which the writ petition was founded does not survive. Faced with this, Shri Shailesh Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the writ petition. He however seeks leave to assail the charge-sheet before the competent court. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. It is always open to the petitioner to avail his legal remedies against the charge-sheet in accordance with law.
