The present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 has been filed with prayer to issue a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court to decide the application dated 20.09.2025, which has been filed for presence of the applicant through Video Conferencing within stipulated period. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application.
