This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Criminal Case No.9320 of 2021 arising out of Case Crime No.341 of 2019, under Sections 406, 420, 504 IPC, Police Station Ujhani, District Budaun pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun within a shortest span of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid criminal case as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
